Who doesn't want to loose weight ?? .....other than the skinny people. :D
So what do you do to cut that extra flab or to be in shape? I have joined gym and try to be regular at working out but to say the truth, i'm find it difficult to work out regularly and taking that extra time of one hour, at least, from my daily schedule isn't easy.
